How quickly can I get started?

We plan your start around your team and the data you want to bring across. The demonstration helps us agree a practical setup and timeline.

Can I bring my existing data?

Yes, through a controlled CSV import: prepare, preview, approve, import and check. We agree the fields and history to migrate from your export. Standard migration is included in the founding offer.

Can I use Heumix on my phone?

Yes, in your phone’s browser with an internet connection. Review client histories, prepare viewings and record feedback on the move.

Where is my data hosted?

The main application database and functions controlled by Heumix are configured in Stockholm, Sweden. Some services may process data outside the EEA; our data protection documents describe the applicable processing.

Can I cancel at any time?

Your order form sets out the commitment, payment schedule and cancellation terms. Billing is quarterly. The annual offer includes one month free.

Does AI make decisions for me?

You make the decisions. AI helps draft a reply, analyse a document and explain property matches. You review and approve the next action.
