Clear information about the data you may send when contacting Heumix.
Heumix, a French SASU registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 108 744 889 and headquartered at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, is responsible for the information you choose to send by email. This may include your identity, professional contact details, organisation, current CRM and the content of your request.
The form on this website does not store your answers in a Heumix database. When submitted, it opens your email application so you can send the request yourself to contact@heumix.com.
The information is used to answer your request, organise a demonstration and continue the conversation you initiated. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by you and, where applicable, Heumix’s legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries.
Prospect data is retained for no longer than three years after the last active contact unless a legal obligation, a valid deletion request or a contractual relationship requires a different period.
Access is limited to authorised people at Heumix and providers required for email, hosting and website security, including Google Workspace, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using contractual safeguards and other mechanisms provided by applicable law.
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability where applicable, request restriction of processing, object to certain processing or withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@heumix.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, through cnil.fr.
The website currently uses no advertising tool, marketing pixel or audience analytics tool deployed by Heumix. This policy will be updated before those practices change.
