Clear information about the data you may send when contacting Heumix.
Heumix, a French SASU registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 108 744 889 and headquartered at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, is responsible for the information you choose to send through the form or by email. This may include your identity, professional contact details, organisation, current CRM and the content of your request.
When you submit a form, the information entered is transmitted directly to Heumix by our email delivery provider so that we can respond to your request. It is not recorded in a website prospecting database.
If the link used contains campaign parameters, source, medium, campaign, content and entry-page labels accompany your request so we can understand how you discovered Heumix. They remain in the address while browsing, without a cookie, browser storage or individual identifier. Do not include personal data in these parameters.
The information is used to answer your request, organise a demonstration and continue the conversation you initiated. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by you and, where applicable, Heumix’s legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries.
Prospect data is retained for no longer than three years after the last active contact unless a legal obligation, a valid deletion request or a contractual relationship requires a different period.
Access is limited to authorised people at Heumix and providers required for email, request delivery, hosting and website security, including Google Workspace, Resend, ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI) and Cloudflare. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using contractual safeguards and other mechanisms provided by applicable law.
When you request a resource, your email and the guide title are sent to Heumix to handle the request. Receiving advice by email is a separate, optional choice: the checkbox is not preselected. If selected, the consent wording and timestamp accompany the request. You can withdraw consent by emailing [email protected].
The ChatGPT Sites hosting service provides traffic statistics, including visitor and page-view counts. Since 21 October 2026, a Cloudflare filter has blocked the __Host-appgarden-visitor cookie on heumix.com, removed its value from requests sent to the hosting service and instructed browsers to expire an existing copy. This filtering does not disable statistics or any server-side technical logs. The Cookies and trackers policy explains the filtering and the mechanisms that remain in use.
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability where applicable, request restriction of processing, object to certain processing or withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected].
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, through cnil.fr.
The website code includes no advertising pixel or marketing tracker. Cloudflare security cookies may be set depending on the protections triggered during your visit. The filter leaves them in place, and Heumix does not use them for advertising.
When you dismiss the founding-offer banner, the value “closed” is kept under the heumix-founder-banner-v2 key in the tab’s session storage. The code does not send this value to the server or use it for audience measurement. The Cookies and trackers policy explains this storage and how to manage browser data.
