UAE COMMERCIAL FRAMEWORK
The essential information about the contracting entity, prices, included services and documents applicable to the Heumix UAE experience.
Unless a signed order form states otherwise, the Heumix UAE service is provided by HEUMIX, a French SASU registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 108 744 889, whose registered office is at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France.
Presenting a commercial experience for the United Arab Emirates does not represent that Heumix has an establishment or company registered in the UAE.
Heumix Solo UAE is offered at AED 399 per month or AED 4,290 per year paid upfront. Standard migration, onboarding and the complete Heumix Core are included.
Heumix Brokerages UAE is offered on a custom quote based on the scope agreed with the customer.
Any applicable taxes, billing schedule, term, renewal and termination arrangements are stated in the order form or special terms accepted by the customer.
Third-party services, including portals, WhatsApp, project-data feeds or electronic signature when activated, are contracted and paid for separately by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Their availability and scope are confirmed before go-live. A presentation, demonstration or roadmap does not turn a planned service into a contractually active service.
The order form or special terms determine the accepted commercial scope. The Heumix B2B Terms, DPA, subprocessor list and data-protection information complete that framework where applicable.
The Terms select French law and, in the circumstances they describe, the courts of Paris. Any mandatory rules that apply are not excluded.
