BROKERAGE MANAGEMENT GUIDE

Give a Dubai brokerage visibility without turning management into surveillance

A role-based operating model for agents, team leads, managers and operations across Secondary and Off-Plan activity.

A manager does not need every click. They need the few situations where a deal is drifting, a commitment has no owner or missing information blocks the next move. Good visibility should make support more timely, not make the team feel watched.

01 · AGENT

Give each agent a daily cockpit.

The agent should see buyer changes, unanswered situations, viewing follow-ups, active negotiations, required documents and commitments that need action — with enough context to move immediately.

02 · TEAM LEAD

Surface exceptions that deserve experience.

Bring forward the deals that are stalled, unclear or exposed to a missed commitment. The purpose is to help the team lead coach and unblock, not to produce a hidden productivity score.

03 · OPERATIONS

Keep ownership and access coherent.

Roles, teams, record ownership and access boundaries should match the brokerage’s operating model. Sensitive information should not become visible simply because two people work for the same company.

04 · GOVERN

Agree what the organisation will measure.

Use measures the team understands: response situations, viewings to follow up, deals without a next step, documents still expected and workload by responsible owner. Avoid invented revenue or time-saving guarantees.
