UAE CRM GUIDE

How to choose a real estate CRM for a Dubai brokerage

A practical framework for assessing buyer context, Secondary and Off-Plan workflows, team visibility, migration and connected services.

A UAE real estate CRM should do more than store names and move cards across a pipeline. It should help the brokerage preserve buyer intent, follow fast-moving deals and keep project and unit information usable by the team.

01 · START WITH THE WORK

Test complete journeys, not isolated features.

Ask every vendor to demonstrate one live Secondary journey and one Off-Plan journey. Start with the buyer’s first requirement, then follow the viewing, project or unit selection, negotiation, documents and next action.

A polished dashboard is not enough. The CRM should show how an agent recovers context before a call and how a manager identifies the few situations where intervention matters.

  • Buyer requirements and their changes
  • Property, project and unit context
  • Viewings, feedback, offers and next actions
  • Role-based visibility for agents and managers

02 · CHECK THE INFORMATION

Know what is current before the team acts.

In Off-Plan, a project-level starting price is not a confirmed unit price. A unit seen once is not automatically available now. The CRM should preserve these distinctions and make the source and last confirmation easy to understand.

03 · CHECK THE OPERATING MODEL

Make migration, access and external services explicit.

Confirm what is included in migration, how users and roles are configured, what can be exported and which services require a separate customer contract. Portals, WhatsApp operations, data feeds and electronic signature should be assessed against the actual customer setup, not a generic promise.

  • A written migration scope
  • Clear roles and access boundaries
  • An export path
  • A confirmed list of activated services and who pays for them

04 · THE HEUMIX APPROACH

One CRM for the buyer, the deal and the team.

Heumix is designed to become the brokerage’s primary CRM. It connects buyers, properties, projects, conversations, documents and next actions, with dedicated workflows for Secondary and Off-Plan.

Heumix Solo UAE is AED 399 per month or AED 4,290 per year paid upfront. Standard migration, onboarding and the complete Heumix Core are included. Brokerage plans are available by custom quote. Third-party services are contracted and paid separately by the customer.
