CRM MIGRATION GUIDE

Move a UAE brokerage to a new CRM without losing the deal history

A controlled migration method for contacts, buyers, properties, projects, deals, documents, ownership and access.

A CRM migration is not complete when rows have been imported. It is complete when the team can recognise the right people and deals, recover essential history and continue working with clear ownership and access.

01 · SCOPE

Decide what must survive before exporting anything.

List the information that supports current work: contacts, buyer requirements, properties, projects, units, active deals, notes, tasks, documents, ownership and user access. Archive clutter deliberately instead of carrying it forward by default.

02 · MAP

Map meaning, not only columns.

The same field name can represent different business meanings. Define how statuses, owners, relationship types, deal stages and dates map into the new CRM before the import begins.

  • Required fields and accepted values
  • Duplicate and identity rules
  • Owners, teams and roles
  • Attachments, notes and historical links

03 · VALIDATE

Compare a representative sample before the full move.

Test active Secondary deals and Off-Plan buyer journeys, not only clean records. The team should confirm that names, ownership, statuses, dates and critical relationships remain understandable.

04 · GO LIVE

Give the team a clear cutover and support path.

Heumix Solo UAE includes standard migration and onboarding. The exact source data, mapping and cutover scope are agreed before the move. More complex transformation or external services are handled only when explicitly included in the customer scope.
